Whether it’s due to trauma from your past, the environment you’ve grown up with, or the things others have said to you, God makes healing possible for all. We all struggle with getting our emotions/beliefs (heart) to align with our thoughts (mind), but with counseling, prayer, and commitment, you just might be able to experience freedom.

I work with adult women who struggle with faith, shame, people-pleasing, negative beliefs, and/or the effects of trauma. I enjoy working with clients who want to grow in their faith while growing in their identity and purpose. Working with clients who want to connect their "mind" knowledge with their "heart" knowledge, healing the wounds caused by the past that affect our present is something I am passionate about.

I specialize in Christian integrated counseling with a trauma informed/trained background. I utilize different theories/approaches (such as EMDR, AEDP, CBT) in counseling to make sure I help all my clients with what they need most. I want to help clients identify the lies and negative beliefs that control them in order to find true freedom and healing.
